Free initial consultation, including visiting the property, to discuss your requirements and to then evaluate the feasibility of your needs in relation to the type of property you have and to establish if the Planning Department would be in favour of the alterations.

I always bring along drawings of other projects to show you the standard I work to.  Sometimes, there may be a similar project to yours so I could demonstrate how yours may look.
I would be able to give a verbal quotation for my services at that visit and then follow it up with a fully detailed quotation of my fees, plus the costs incurred with the council at the various stages. If the quotation is acceptable, we move onto the next stages of work.
